I've made the Youtiao!

Yesterday for my breakfast I've made the Youtiao. Youtiao, also known as Chinese cruller, Chinese fried churros, Chinese oil stick, Chinese doughnut, is a long golden-brown deep-fried strip of dough commonly eaten in East and Southeast Asian cuisines. We call it 油炸粿 in Taiwanese. It looks like the churro, but it is salty. It can be eaten with other dishes, like porridge for example.
