Cheese dumplings

Yesterday I've cooked a kind of shuijiao - 水饺, Chinese dumplings but with an unusual stuffing: nor meat, nor vegetables, nor seafood, but cheese 1f9c 0 . I've got some light tasting cheese, cut in small cubes, and prepared the dumplings in the usual way. Once filled them with the small cubes, I've boiled them and served with a simple tomato sauce (yes, the one you can find in the supermarket). I was worry that the sauce could cover the taste of the cheese, therefore I didn't add spices, only a leaf of basil of my garden. Good meal, a bit heavy 1F 605 but I wonder if I can use another kind of sauce... butter for sure, but it would be even heavier Wacko
